Champ or Loser
Without knowing the exact facts, it’s easy to categorize gamblers into three categories:
- Big Winner
- Small Loser/Winner
- Big Loser
The large mass of the gamblers is, of course, in the last class, "Big Loser". I would say that about ninety to ninety-five per-cent of the gamblers fits into this category. When reading "Big" you must read it as percent of the money won or lost. Even if someone just plays for 10 dollars for his or hers entire life, wins and doubles it, is a "Big Winner". You see, the person wagers 10 dollars and comes out with 20 dollars, so his or hers web earnings is one hundred per cent. That being said, the difference among a "Big Winner" along with a "Big Loser" may be very small.
Let us say you’re a modest stake Texas hold em player, your web revenue per 30 days is about 5 per cent of your bank roll. So if you started out with a deposit of $100, first 30 days you’d go $5 which would rise your bank roll to one hundred and five dollars, next month $110.5 and so on. To go from 100 dollars to $200 takes amongst 13 – 14 months if your web earnings is 5 percent every month. What about when you started with two hundred dollars? In thirteen to fourteen months, starting with 200 dollars along with a web profit of five percent each month, you’ll have among three hundred and eighty dollars – $400 in bank roll.
This is another example, but here your internet profit is -five percent monthly and your deposit was one hundred dollars. Following a year, your bankroll would have gone down to fifty to fifty-five, which is virtually fifty per cent of one’s starting bank roll. Lets now say that you got a bonus of one hundred dollars, so your starting bank roll would be $200 with the exact same internet earnings every month. Following a year now, you would still have one hundred and eight.
This is why bonuses are so critical when you begin building your bankroll. Bonuses can turn a "Big Loser" into a "Small Winner", or a "Small Loser" into a "Big Winner".
