Poker Aces – the right way to bet them

[ English ]

Poker Aces references two aces being dealt before theflop. It’s the best possible before theflop hand inhold’em Poker. But regardless a great many competitors end up on the wrong end when given this hand.

When you’re given a set of Aces, you just do not drop out pre-flop. You are sitting with the best possible hand at this part of the game. So how do you gamble with Poker Aces ? Do you basically go all-in? I’d say definitely no to that.

Always remember, you are trying to earn as much money from this strong position. You want to maximise the possibility. Going all-in will merely drive most competitors into folding before placing a wager.

If you’re in the initial position (first or 2nd to bet), you’ll place a single bet. Any player with decent cards will call, with hope a person might raise. If someone has made a raise do not jump to re-raise or call, pause for a small bit – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.

After the flop your strategy will be to get rid of any player that could be able to build a straight or a flush. So I would start to raise aggressively, if you are lucky you’ll fool 1 player into thinking that you’re tricking.

If you’re in the middle or later spot (one of the last to place a wager) you’ll observe as everyone calls and then raise. Even though you are sitting with a pair of aces, if possible try to avoid a show-down. Protect your hand by forcing the other players fold after the flop. If you don’t abolish your competitors you risk squandering your hand.
