Caribbean Poker Codes and Tips
Poker has become world acclaimed as of late, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, stretches back in fact a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years many variations on the earliest poker game have been developed, including some games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of the above-mentioned games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to vingt-et-un than old guard poker, in that the gamblers wager against the bank instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is no concealment or other kinds of concealment. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up just before the croupier saying "No further bets." At that moment, both you and the casino and of course every one of the other players attain 5 cards. After you have looked at your hand and the casino’s initial card, you have to in turn make a call wager or accede. The call bet’s amount is akin to your beginning bet, which means that the risks will have increased two fold. Surrendering means that your bet goes immediately to the casino. After the wager comes the showdown. If the casino doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is given back, with a sum equal to the original bet. If the house does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand is greater than the dealer’s hand. The bank pony’s up cash equal to your original bet and fixed expectations on your call bet. These expectations are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- two to one for two pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- twenty to one for a four of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- one hundred to one for a royal flush
